Outstanding service! We're golf novices and were looking for good shoes. Even though we arrived very late, Ms. V. gave us excellent advice, tailored the shoes perfectly to our needs, and explained when something wasn't quite right for us. We made our purchase and are extremely satisfied! Two days later, I went back to buy golf balls, and Ms. V. remembered immediately and gave me perfect advice again. You can tell that Golfhouse Pulheim isn't just about sales, but about providing the best possible customer service. We will definitely be back for more equipment.

Perfect service – you really feel welcome here! I was here for a fitting on Saturday, and it was great. On Sunday, I noticed something about my club that seemed odd. So, I went back on Monday. The branch manager immediately took the time to explain everything to me calmly and even opened up a new club to show me. Luckily, it turned out to be just a normal issue – but I was impressed by how open and helpful everyone was. I'm not German, so I asked to speak in English. No problem – everyone was incredibly friendly and patient. You can tell that every customer is taken seriously here, regardless of the language they speak. A definite recommendation for Golf House Pulheim!

I'm very happy with the fitting for my new driver. The young man was very competent and went to great lengths to help me. He even went over the allotted time without any problems or complaints. That's how shopping should be! Keep it up! 👍 Best regards from Bergheim

Unfriendly and condescending staff! I (10,3 hcp) visited last weekend with my partner, who wanted a glove and clip on grips with pre set hand position grooves because she wants to start playing too. Both not dressed in “normal golf clothing” but in jeans and a hoody and tattoos visible. My partner asked a staff member questions about a suitable glove and the grips and the very short and rude answers showed they thought we were wasting their time. Answers to her questions were a bit condescending and not detailed at all to help her understand what she needed and was looking for. Staff attention then quickly went to another couple who were trying out some irons. Felt completely ignored and not taken seriously by the staff there. Will certainly not be back there, and for beginners I’d suggest going somewhere else too if you don’t want to be discouraged from picking up the sport by their attitude.

I wanted to share what FANTASTIC service and attention we received from PASCAL at the Golfhouse in Pullheim. I called the store by phone and was speaking with Pascal who was happy to help me in English. We set up a fitting for Friday the 17th July and PASCAL offered to start the fitting early before normal hours as I was limited for appointment days and we live 170kms away. Pascal was patient, attentive and clearly knew what he was doing - NOT ONCE did we feel under pressure we always felt he had our best interest's at heart Pascal looked after my wife with Coffee and water and made us feel very comfortable for almost 3 and half hours we were in the store. I highly recommend Pascal and all the staff a the Golf House in Pullheim
