Very unfriendly staff. We were told the store was closing even though there were other customers and it was still open for another 15 minutes. Apparently, they thought we wouldn't buy anything and that everything was too expensive for us.

Very unfriendly. I was thrown out because they suspected me of comparing prices online, which wasn't true. No wonder nobody shops there.

Extremely unfriendly female staff. You should actually be ashamed to enter the place. It has no place in Pulheim's cityscape.

Such unfriendly behavior!!! There was neither a greeting nor an offer of assistance!!! Instead of a reply, I received a rude response telling me to shop elsewhere!!! That's why the business isn't doing well! It's a shame for the owner to have employees like that who damage the store!! If it was the owner himself, good luck filing for bankruptcy!

The most antisocial staff by far!!! My pregnant wife parked in the public parking lot in front of the store, and an employee immediately stormed out and yelled at her, asking why her brakes were squeaking. What kind of world have we come to where people behave like this?! Especially when there's a child in the car! No wonder stores go bankrupt!! If you're envious that a teacher can afford a more expensive car, then you should change something about your own life!

Very friendly staff. I was here looking for a door bar. Even though there wasn't one, an employee quickly called another branch, and I was able to pick up my door bar the next day :) P.S. The device is also great :)

It is a diverse sporting goods store and you can find anything from tennis equipment to soccer boots or gloves. Also has a large variety of hiking/ trekking shoes and even trekking poles. Moreover, now that we're close to the winter season they brought ski and snowboard clothing. Very nice staff and always willingly to help. The prices are decent to expensive but the quality is top.
