⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, this bike shop now only deserves one star. It's a real shame, because we live in Pulheim and would love to have a good bike shop locally. As it is, we end up driving to Cologne (e.g., Ehrenfeld) because the service there is significantly better. Firstly, we were in the shop about 15 minutes before closing time and asked if they could quickly install a Bowden cable in a child's bike. The answer was: no, they didn't have time for that – but they could sell the cable. So we did it. When we asked again, they said the installation would take about 5 minutes, but they didn't have time for that either. I ended up doing it myself – without any prior experience – in about 5-10 minutes. Second and final attempt: The gears on another child's bike (not purchased there) weren't working properly. When we inquired, we were told that they generally don't accept bikes purchased elsewhere. What a shame. We would like to support local shops, but with this level of service, it's no longer acceptable for us. We're giving up now.

The rim needed to be straightened. The comment was: "They didn't know if it would help since it was a soft rim." My impression was that they thought it was a cheap rim and therefore didn't want to do the job in the first place. I left it there and picked it up again after 6 days because nothing had happened. This is a service desert! That's the impression I got there.

I had a tube on my bike replaced as a courtesy because it kept losing air. The service was friendly, quick, and straightforward. Thank you very much.

I've only had good experiences at the toy store so far. However, regarding the friendliness at the bike shop, I agree with the previous comments. I only asked about a repair appointment and was treated extremely rudely and dismissively by an older gentleman. I will never set foot in that bike shop again.

With great anticipation, I entered Pulheim's oldest and supposedly best bike shop... An older gentleman noticed me and approached me without greeting, offering only defiant answers to my questions... I was shocked at how they treated me. The customer is king? No way... It just got worse and worse, so I felt uncomfortable and ended the conversation... Conclusion! NEVER AGAIN THANKS FOR NOTHING...

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. We've been treated unfriendly and turned away twice now at the bike shop. He didn't even get a greeting when we entered the store. I've noticed, in particular, how negatively he reacts to children three times.

Hello, fortunately, I can't confirm my predecessor's experience. I had placed a special order for derailleur hangers, which were delivered without any problems, and I was also pleasantly informed about the pickup time. This isn't always the case – two Haibike dealers in the area had previously declined this offer. I also specifically asked if the derailleur hangers could be installed, even though I didn't buy the bike there – that would have been possible without any problems, too. I'm therefore happy to have a competent and friendly bicycle partner nearby.
