Absolutely top-notch! The best bike shop in the region! I can wholeheartedly recommend Hußmann Bike Shop in Raesfeld. The advice and service have been first-class and incredibly friendly from the very beginning. I was there today with my cross bike because the XT derailleur wasn't working properly. Without any fuss, the derailleur hanger was straightened and all the gears were perfectly adjusted. The whole thing was done in a flash. The mechanic, Marcel, did a truly fantastic job – the derailleur is now shifting smoothly again. A huge thank you to him and the entire Hußmann team! It's great to know that this is a fantastic place to go not only for e-bikes but also for "bio-bikes" (i.e., bicycles without an electric motor), where you can get expert help quickly and professionally. If you're looking for a bike shop that scores points with excellent service and a wealth of expertise, Hußmann is the place to go. I'm thrilled and will definitely be back!

I picked up my bike from Hußmann today. Absolutely fantastic! Superb service, a very friendly team, and really cool people – you immediately feel well taken care of. My bike was ready for pickup in no time, everything was explained clearly, and they worked with genuine passion. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service! I was passing through during a longer tour when something specific broke on my Rohloff hub gear. A helpful employee tried to get the replacement part from other dealers, but without success. She then drove me, my luggage, and my bike to the train station in her great Volvo. Absolutely top-notch!

We bought two Velo de Vill bikes a year and a half ago. A huge compliment goes to Mr. Hölscher. He's world-class in his customer service and expertise. And Kilian is also world-class. It was only thanks to him, after a phone call, that we made the long journey from Bottrop to Raesfeld to buy two e-bikes. They're both very customer-oriented. Congratulations on having such exceptional employees.
