In May 2023, I bought Callaway golf shoes for my wife, advertised as "waterproof." After only about six weeks, moisture seeped into both shoes, caused by morning dew on a cloudless day. When I complained, I was offered a full refund if I cut out the tongues of both shoes (to prove their unusability) and sent a photo. I was appalled by this suggestion and proposed a reasonable price reduction instead, since the promised "waterproof" feature was missing, so the shoes could at least be worn on completely dry ground. It contradicts all sustainability principles and represents a huge waste of resources to destroy new golf shoes simply because they aren't waterproof. A €5 reduction was suggested, which I felt was a rip-off. Birdie GmbH refused to offer a higher reduction. Such business practices are completely unacceptable. I will never shop there again. Pray what you buy fits, or not only are you stuck with the return shipping but youll also need to find a printer for the return paper

To be honest, I was very skeptical after reading the negative reviews. By then it was too late; the amount had already been debited via PayPal. I was really uneasy. But it was a complete flop! The transaction took place on May 16th, and the golf bag arrived today, May 18th. Even a day earlier than promised! This is 100% not a paid review!

One month after payment, another invoice was sent. After complaining, the lame excuse was that this was done to initiate shipping. Emails are no longer answered. The phone is not being answered. The package is supposedly being sent via DHL, but it is not being delivered, and the contact numbers are incorrect. Very complicated, extremely strange, and unreliable.

Delivery was guaranteed for Monday. Today, Thursday, the package still hasn't arrived. Even after about 15 minutes on hold, no one on the hotline could give me any specific information. So, I'd rather choose one of the competitors for golf equipment!

Unfortunately, DHL is currently experiencing a volume of packages comparable to the pre-Christmas rush, which can lead to occasional delays.<br><br>We guarantee a shipping date, but not a delivery date. This is because we are dependent on the parcel services for delivery.
