A very, very unfriendly and rude man greeted me at the shop door today. He opened the door and stared at me aggressively until I finally asked if I could come in. He replied with a grumpy "No," but nothing more followed. I explained that the gears on my bicycle were broken and needed repair. In a manner that couldn't have been more unfriendly and dismissive, he ultimately said that he couldn't repair it there and re-entered the shop without another word. I recommend that anyone who values ​​being treated like a human being stay away from this shop. 0 stars!

Occasionally, one or two employees can be quite moody and rude, but otherwise it's good. It was better about 1-2 years ago, though.
