I've been working with Leader Trading GmbH in Ratingen for quite some time now, and as a retailer, I regularly purchase large quantities of goods from them. I'm particularly impressed by the company's outstanding customer service. Whenever any problems have arisen, we've always found a suitable solution quickly and easily. The staff are consistently friendly, highly competent, and always helpful – you truly feel valued as a customer. The product range is extensive, and the goods always arrive on time and in perfect condition. I'm absolutely convinced by this partnership and can wholeheartedly recommend Leader Trading to all retailers. The whole package is simply excellent!

🇭🇺 I was there today at 8 am. (26/06/2024) They probably don't start earlier, because the workers arrived then. There is no parking, you can't stay overnight with a truck, no one should go there except during opening hours! It's not easy to turn into the street with a truck, there are cars parked everywhere. The company is very nice, thank you for the fast loading and the nice treatment of a foreign driver! They give CMR.

This company is an example of very bad business, and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I wrote an e-mail to them almost a year before this review, because I would buy and export some of their products. They never replied that e-mail. Afterwards I forgot everything about that experience. March this year I travelled more than 1000 km to take part in a big exhibition show in Germany. I came across their booth, and I had a short conversation with Jürgen, the founder of the company. A very pleasant and friendly man. I asked him about he was interested in doing g business regarding some on their scope. It was definitely an opportunity. I should just send and e-mail to his son, and he would reply to me. Nothing happened, no reply. I called them, and I was asked to send my request to another e-mail address. The next day I received a very “cold” reply from a lady named Carina, that they were not able to make any business due to another distributor in our market. I told her about my plan of business, but she never replied back. They can keep their goods, andI will find somebody else to supply me. Very bad experience. Keep away from this business.
