The reserved driver was ready for pickup on time, and the reduced price was reasonable. I would have liked to buy some new irons for my wife, but unfortunately, they were only available by order, and fittings were only possible by appointment. Apparently, the new spring/summer collection had just arrived, so the staff were all very busy, and we, as the only customers, were rather intrusive. Things are completely different at GolfHouse.

Fantastic online shopping experience! Delivery was always fast, and the service was always friendly and straightforward – even via email. I was particularly impressed with a warranty claim: my hat broke after a few months. I sent a photo and a short email, and a replacement arrived quickly – even in an alternative color, since the original was sold out. The shipping confirmation and the friendly reply came almost simultaneously. I've rarely experienced such excellent service. Many thanks to the team!

Absolutely not recommended! The salesperson had absolutely no clue and no enthusiasm for selling a caddy with a bag. It's a shame; the service was also poor in the clothing department. We weren't served at all. The saleswomen were chatting amongst themselves the whole time.

I received excellent advice when buying golf shoes. Since I have very narrow but large feet, I found it very difficult to find the right shoes. Both salespeople were very committed, and even though it seemed almost hopeless, I ended up finding a good solution. Thank you very much for your great service and experience. I highly recommend the store.

We've been buying golf accessories from par71 for many years and are more than satisfied with the price/performance ratio. We've never had any problems returning defective items, returns have always been handled perfectly, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help wherever they can. We'll continue to be their customers.

I recently purchased a bag from their online shop. The delivery was fast and totally on time. However there was a problem with it. The Customer Service Team was extremely quick in their response and helped to resolve the issue in a very short time. Would definitely be shopping from here again. Highly recommend!!
