I dropped my bike off there with a noticeable wobble in the rear wheel, and the repair was completed within two days. A few days later, I also took my girlfriend's bike there to have a new derailleur installed. The guys did a fantastic job there too. Thanks to the Ratingen-Ost bike repair shop; I can highly recommend them. We'll be having all our bikes serviced there from now on.

Absolutely satisfactory advice and professional expertise were provided. I was able to bring my road bike wheelset in for truing without any problems and knew they were in more than good hands. Absolutely convincing value for money!

Despite the store being busy, the staff are always helpful. Appointments are kept precisely. I had a major repair done, which was carried out perfectly with a detailed breakdown of all the work. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I called shortly beforehand and they told me I could just drop by. The repair was supposed to take 2-3 business days, but the employee at the counter quickly assessed the damage and repaired my bike in just 15 minutes. Fantastic service, I'm really impressed. Thank you so much!

Very unfriendly service at the counter. They wouldn't schedule an appointment; I wanted my chain and cassette replaced and was told I should leave my bike there and wait about 16 days. I left without a word, and they called after me. "Have fun at that bike shop!" Then I went to the bike shop in Unterrath and got an appointment two days later for the same price they had quoted. There, I received a very friendly welcome.

I do almost all my own wheel repairs, but when it comes to wheels, I prefer to let someone who knows what they're doing handle it. I've been to the bike shop twice already for broken spokes, and now once for wheel truing. The latter was done quickly and easily in just a few minutes. The price was absolutely fair, and the result is perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I'm always happy to go there for small repairs and parts. The guys are very dedicated, competent, and relatively inexpensive. You don't have to wait long; they often do things very quickly and spontaneously. Good work for a good price. You rarely find that these days!

I've been a customer at Radstation for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the service. I bought my second bike there two days ago and would do so again in a heartbeat. All the staff are always very friendly and genuinely eager to help with any questions or concerns. The value for money is unbeatable, and many other businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service. The top address for repairs and buying used bikes.
