Hello... Well, I don't have any experience with warranty, goodwill, refunds, customer service, and returns here... But I can say my first order here was entirely positive. The Nike Air Max Ltd. sneakers were inexpensive, the item was as described, the item was shipped immediately, and it arrived in the correct size and color. And that's not always a given. I paid with Amazon Pay. In short, I was very satisfied. Everything went quickly and smoothly. After this experience, I will gladly order here again when the opportunity arises. Unfortunately, this company is very unprofessional. My order wasn't processed for a month and then, upon inquiry, was simply cancelled because the item was supposedly unavailable. No alternatives were offered, and the tone of the emails was quite curt and unhelpful. I will no longer be ordering from them for my club.

First, the package was sent to the wrong address. Then, shoes were promised as a replacement if the original order hadn't arrived by a certain date. More than 14 days later, nothing has arrived. Despite the promise. No understanding, zero willingness to compromise. One of the worst sporting goods stores I've ever shopped at. Whether I'll ever receive the ordered goods is anyone's guess. I hope this shop changes its ways! I'm now going to buy shoes and sue for damages.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The stated delivery time was not met at all, and there was no information about any delays. Contacting customer service is extremely difficult – emails go unanswered for days, sometimes not at all. I have rarely experienced such poor service. I will definitely never order from them again and strongly advise against it.

Initially the parcel was late in departure, I contacted the customer service and received their answer very fast. They explained that the product had to be taken from the shop which caused some delay. After it was sent I received it in accordance with the estimation. 4 stars only because it was late in departure, the rest was very good.
