Good morning, Unfortunately, I must point out that the cooperation with this company is anything but smooth. I have already had several maintenance and repairs carried out, which were anything but cheap. My first customer complaint (after a €1500 bill) was neither taken seriously at the Recklinghausen branch, nor did the management address the matter, despite my very detailed email requesting a response. Instead, I received a call from an employee, as it was more convenient, and an invoice for a repair, even though my warranty claim is valid within two months of the service being performed. For €50, they apparently didn't bother contacting the manufacturer. I can assure you, they are happy to invest their time and energy in lengthy discussions with me as a customer for €50 – even though I didn't offer to be involved in the discussion.

Since I made this call myself, I clearly remember introducing myself as the managing director and offering to cover the €50 as a gesture of goodwill. The warranty claim process with the manufacturer also incurs costs and should be successful. After a long search for a suitable bike leasing provider, I chose Edelhelfer, and I'm absolutely right to have done so. Klaus provided me with very quick, competent, and focused advice, so I didn't have to spend hours choosing a bike. The lock holder and smartphone mount were pre-installed, which I really appreciate. I also find it particularly positive that they have their own workshop on-site for maintenance and repairs. A truly outstanding service all around!

I was looking for a difficult to find tire spec and Edelhelfer took care of me. I was able to coordinate shipment over the phone and Sim provided excellent customer service.
