Although the sports jacket was marked at €75, the price at the checkout was €80. They only wanted to sell it to me for €80. Quote: "The purchase agreement is concluded at the checkout." I will never buy anything from this branch or from JD Sports again. It's no wonder local businesses have to close with such a lack of customer service.

I went to the store in Recklinghausen today because there were problems generating the return label on the website. According to customer service, I should return the shoes in-store. I politely explained my situation to the employee (who had fake freckles and dark hair), but she said that wasn't possible and the cash register couldn't scan the barcode. This was even explicitly stated in the email. She seemed very uninterested and not at all solution-oriented. With that kind of attitude, you can't attract new customers or retain existing ones. I had to take the shoes home again and continue dealing with customer service. It's really annoying. I won't be ordering online again or going to a store. Completely disappointing.

Yesterday was my very first time at JD Sports, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It took less than two minutes for the manager, Cana, to approach me and give me incredibly clear and competent advice. I felt really comfortable, even though I'm not usually someone who enjoys shopping... I can definitely recommend this store 👍 A clear 5 stars ⭐

I bought my son a pair of Nike Dunk Low Retro shoes two months ago, and the heel counter broke despite minimal use. The unfriendly employee told me it wasn't the shoes' fault, but that my son wasn't putting them on properly. I wouldn't recommend shopping at that store to anyone, because they don't take you seriously anyway. One star is even too much, unfortunately...
