I'm very happy with the bike parking spaces, and the staff there are always helpful and friendly! However, I have problems with the QR scanner almost every time. It doesn't scan, and it's almost impossible to read in direct sunlight. Typing in the various codes is tedious and time-consuming, especially when you have to catch a train. If these issues were addressed, using the bike station would be even more pleasant! (But maybe I'm the only one with this problem.)

Dear Customer,<br><br>First of all, thank you very much for your constructive and objective feedback. We are aware of the problem with the QR scanner. It is camera-based and therefore very unreliable in direct or indirect sunlight. Unfortunately, operational and technical constraints do not allow us to install a different or better system. I recommend entering your parking space number and PIN. That's how we employees do it as well. If you memorize the numbers as a 7-digit sequence, I find it even easier, because you don't have to take out your phone.<br><br>A relatively reliable method for using the QR code is to shade the area above the scanner with your hand and hold your phone about a hand's width away from the scanner. Simply perfect. Super friendly, fast, and competent service. No appointment necessary, I checked beforehand. They did a major service; the dynamo wasn't working properly, it was very loud and had been "repaired" by another bike shop. Now they've installed a new one, which is quiet and runs smoothly. They also replaced the rear brakes. The gear shifter was replaced; I couldn't see which gear I was in anymore, and it was stiff. I'd already been to another workshop near me, but it was always very expensive, unreliable, and unfortunately, the work was superficial. I'm so satisfied now; if I need anything in the future, I'll always go there. Excellent value for money. A huge thank you to the team!

I took my folding e-bike in for a service yesterday. I picked it up today and I'm very happy with the results. They installed new software, repaired a broken cable, and even gave the bike a good cleaning. Everything was explained to me clearly and thoroughly by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. I highly recommend this bike shop.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service at Radstation Recklinghausen. The staff and the owner are incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent. This was my third visit, and I've used the following services so far: Replacement of a control unit on my e-bike and a broken stem bolt Comprehensive service and repair of a flat tire Installation of a bicycle basket Everything was done to my complete satisfaction, and the prices are, in my opinion, absolutely fair. I will definitely recommend Radstation and will gladly return. Many thanks to the entire team, and see you soon!

Hello everyone! My chain and sprockets were completely shot. A professional bike shop wanted €250, and I was already thinking it was a total loss since my bike only cost €400 a few years ago. I should have just bought a used one. By chance, we stumbled upon this bike repair shop. The really nice people there agreed in no more than 20 seconds to fix it for €75. In the end, I only had to pay €61.37 (not including the tip). That's unbeatable! It's a really great place, keep it up! Best regards

We're here on vacation and wanted to spontaneously go on a short bike ride. It was possible thanks to the Recklinghausen bike station. We rented three e-bikes for a very fair price. The staff is also super friendly. We'd love to come back!
