Picked up my Salomon running shoes, which I ordered online. Friendly service, even though I hadn't bought them in the store. The model wasn't on sale during Black Week. I tried them on and checked them with my own insoles. Everything went perfectly. I was also reminded about their membership offer/card. Thank you!

Next time it's back to Amazon and similar sites. Table tennis rackets can't be returned after you've tried them once. How are you supposed to find a suitable racket like that? It wouldn't have been a problem online; it's a shame that online retailers are scoring points again.

I only wore the shoes for four months. In that short time, the sole came loose and the shoe became misshapen. When I returned the shoes to the store, I was simply told, without any thorough examination, that it was user error. I reject this. I neither damaged nor misused the shoes. I regularly shop at QC, and I've never experienced anything like this before. Paying €180 for a pair of shoes that don't even last four to five months is unacceptable. QC's customer service told me the shoes should be sent in for inspection. However, in the store, they only gave them a cursory glance, and I was immediately turned away. Very disappointing service. No goodwill gesture, no proper inspection, and no customer-friendly solution whatsoever. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I've never received such excellent service in any other sports shop! 👍🏼 Even after closing time, they didn't give up on me and continued searching for equipment. Unfortunately, we didn't find anything suitable because I have foot problems, but the employee remained incredibly friendly and helpful. Two weeks later, I was there with my son and received equally excellent service from the same employee. Simply top-notch, we'll definitely be back! 🤗
