I would like to review the Hudora street trampoline. I purchased it from the Lidl.be online store. Unfortunately, the fasteners (bolts) used to attach the trampoline arches turned out to be defective. The threads on two (!) bolts wore out during assembly, and the nuts simply started to slip! It's outrageous! This is for the safety of children jumping on them, as a broken arch can cause serious injuries! Furthermore, the thread in the inner hole of the bolt was also removed during installation! I collected a type of trampoline. Question: How can I disassemble it if the hex thread on the bolt head is worn out? I've attached a photo as proof. But you'll see for yourself from the photo: where is the complete bolt from the trampoline and where is the high-quality bolt of the same size that I bought separately from a hardware store. And the assembly instructions are a separate sad story.

Warning! I wouldn't buy anything from them. If you need a replacement part, you'll get the wrong one, and you'll have to buy all the screws even if you only need one. In Germany, they talk about sustainability, but this brand doesn't live up to it! So what do you have to do? Throw the whole thing away and buy a new one because of one screw. Very environmentally friendly.

At first glance inconspicuous from the outside, the interior is all the more surprising. There's a climbing wall, foosball, swings, a football/basketball pitch, trampolines, table tennis tables, a construction mat, a bouncy castle, and a large track where you can ride scooters. You can rent inline skates, roller skates, balance bikes, helmets, darts, and probably even more that we didn't discover. The large ball pit was our highlight. You can spend a whole action-packed day here. Bring plenty of drinks! The bar here has moderate prices. Pizza slices from €3, donuts, cakes, and vegetarian options. A bottle of water costs €4.50. The restrooms are clean. Entry for two children and one adult is €24. Children €9.50, adults €5. There's also plenty of space to sit and relax. A successful day.

Super friendly staff...it took the girls over an hour to find a pair of skates. They kept saying things like, "This one looks bad," "That one doesn't fit," "That one looks too childish," and so on...but we didn't test the staff's patience. They were very helpful and always had a smile for everyone! TOP!

I bought Hudora big wheel air 230 in Czech republic. After a few days of using, the rear wheel started to make strange "klapy klap" noise comming from the bearings. According to instructions on Hudora's web site, I contacted support and provided them all the informations needed. They responded to me this: "Unfortunately, we do not deliver our spare parts abroad. Therefore we cannot help you in this case." Why is this not mentioned in their website nor in product manual? Is it so complicated to send spare part from one country in EU to another in EU? For me is this vendor not trusted and unfriendly to customer because of the experience described above.

There are many great options for children and their play. The place is great; the only downside is that they only offered pasta with sauce. But it's still highly recommended.
