I was able to bring my son's bike in for repairs midweek at short notice. The bike was ready by Friday. My son is happy, and the bike rides perfectly again. I can only say three words: fast, competent, fair!

My bike is in expert hands with Torsten Kosela. He expertly maintains and repairs "whatever is necessary." Simply 👍 Great In March 2025, both bikes were serviced again, and we were extremely satisfied! We highly recommend them.

I desperately needed tire repair supplies and went straight to Hasten's. Unfortunately, I found the door locked. But a notice posted in the entrance area saved the day. I contacted the owner immediately and received a very quick response via WhatsApp. He was able to help me quickly and even offered a few kind words. I'd gladly go back anytime. Even my dog seemed to enjoy himself there.

A really nice person. He came out extra early in the morning to check my brakes so I could get to work in the evening, and on top of that, the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely come back here for any bike problems, or in my case, it was my scooter :).

Mr. Kosela repaired my gear cable within 24 hours and even trued the rear wheel. Excellent service. I highly recommend him to anyone with a problem with their bicycle.

They don't give you any prices, and the guy doesn't know how long a repair will take. There's no information available. I just wanted to know if it's worth repairing an old balance bike or if it's better to buy a new one. He didn't know either. But he kept saying there's an 8-9 week waiting time everywhere and was incredibly rude! He made stupid remarks. The good thing is, I went to Nagel in Lennep. It took less than 30 minutes, and I had a new, repaired balance bike. Thanks to him, Nagel has a new customer. Go to Nagel; it's stress-free.

I reported this review because it contains personally offensive remarks. One can disagree with the factual content, but this goes too far for me! It would have been interesting to know what kind of defect was repaired, what the costs were, etc. THAT would have helped potential readers.

No matter what kind of bike it is, no matter what the problem is. Torsten will find the part, get it, repair it, or help in some other way. One way or another, the problem will be solved in the end. Inspections are also carried out reliably. And all this at very fair prices with highly personalized customer service. Unrivaled as a bike service in Remscheid.
