I was extremely impressed with this expert. Unfortunately, there are few people who are still familiar with older systems (in this case, neodrives) and can offer concrete help. He first performed a relatively inexpensive software update and also provided telephone support. I can wholeheartedly recommend his extensive expertise and friendly manner!

Hi, I ordered a replacement e-bike motor, Impuls 2.3, for €199.90 on January 6th, 2026, and it was delivered on January 8th! I just installed it and am very happy with this company's service!! Delivery time was excellent, the quality of the part is top-notch, and it was packaged superbly. Keep up the good work!

I needed an Impulse Evo motor for an older Kalkhof bike. I quickly contacted support and received an immediate response with a link to the correct motor in the online shop. Two days later, the package arrived. Many thanks to Ulli. Greetings from Lake Constance.

I needed service for my new Rose bike because the front disc brake couldn't be adjusted to be free of rubbing, even straight out of the box (another question: why didn't Rose catch this during final inspection?). So I needed an appointment with a Rose partner at short notice, and that worked out perfectly. My appointment request via email was answered within an hour. The appointment and repair were then completed on the same day. Excellent customer service!

I've never experienced such excellent customer service – it was fantastic! The owner generously converted a completely processed and invoiced order into a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I was then able to apply the refund towards other items I ordered from them. Many thanks and high praise!
