Absolutely fantastic!!! After several repair shops turned me away because my e-bike doesn't have a Bosch motor, I received immediate and completely hassle-free help here. It was a matter of replacing the inner tube and tire. The job was handled politely and completed quickly and professionally. This is exactly what service should be: helpful, competent, and customer-oriented. This bike shop more than deserves a top rating. I'll be back. Thank you so much!!!

I love these guys and their service. No matter what problem I've had with them – a broken chain link, a service for my Bosch-powered e-bike, or, like today, a winter tire change: I just drop by, and 20-30 minutes later my bike is ready to go again. No trying to sell me unnecessary extras, just honest advice when something really needs to be done. Their opening hours, starting at 7:00 a.m., are perfect for working people. The only slight downside: they only accept cash. But the service is so good that I'm happy to drive a bit further for it – and I always leave with a real "YES!" feeling.

Top service. Completely satisfactory. Finished faster than expected. While other well-known shops in Neuss and Grevenbroich gave up, they made it happen and my bike is running again. It couldn't be better. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. I can recommend them 100%. Thank you. In the future, I know where to go when my Bulls bike has a problem. Thanks guys, keep it up!

Super friendly and, above all, super fast service. I didn't have to make an appointment or leave my bike overnight. My issue was resolved immediately, and I was able to pick it up again after a short wait. I would definitely use them again!
