Always worth a visit. A wide selection across a broad range of products. Competent and friendly staff.

This was our first time in this store, and never again! Of course, we wanted to have a look around first, since we didn't know where everything was. Upstairs, there were toys you could try out, and my son found the Playmobil house super interesting and started looking at it. Naturally, you don't buy everything you see in a minute, so we let him have a look. Immediately, an employee came over and asked if he could help us. I politely said no, thank you, we'll get in touch if we need anything. He stayed standing there, looked over at my two-year-old son, and said, "You can't touch this! Your parents have to pay for it first, and then you can play with it at home! No, don't touch it, he'll break everything!" But he hadn't broken anything; he'd simply picked up a Playmobil figure, which the employee just couldn't stand. Absolutely no child-friendliness! My son came running towards me, his lips trembling, and he wanted to leave the store immediately. It's a real shame that they let people like that work in a toy store.

For a store with a relatively small toy section, there's a huge selection. You can find something for everyone, from toddlers to older children. Plus, the staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Many competitors in the toy sector could certainly learn a thing or two from them.

I mainly buy toys here. There's a huge selection, something for every age group, including adults. I find the prices reasonable and comparable to large toy stores. I think it's great that there's a store like this in Rommerskirchen, so I don't have to travel all the way to Cologne, Neuss, or Düsseldorf.

You can find the right games for almost every age... If you're not sure what to buy, whether as a gift or for game nights, or whatever, I can only say the advice is first-class...

There's a lot to offer, but I'll never shop there again. Ravensburger's "stow and go" puzzle promotion lets you buy two puzzles and get the mat for free. For me, with 2x1000 pieces, the 2x500 pieces didn't work. Even though it says "500 pieces and up," my husband was told they only work for 1000 pieces puzzles... Well, I can find the products they offer elsewhere.

Sorry, but it's really overpriced, and the staff practically follows you around. What's the point of that? Do you feel comfortable just looking around, while someone's constantly on your heels or "discreetly" standing on the next shelf 🤨? Things like that drive me out of the store even faster... Maybe save on staff costs, since sometimes less is more 😉 and make the prices more child-friendly❤️❤️❤️....

We recently bought a toy for our grandson there, which broke the same day. The exchange was completely hassle-free, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

For such an unusual place this is possibly the best toy shop I have seen in years
