The first impression was great, and the second was even better. I booked a basic bike fitting and wasn't disappointed. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all things related to the body, joints, and of course, cycling. I immediately felt like this was going to be a good experience. I'll definitely come back for my next bike.

Hello Tim, Here's my constructive feedback from my personal experience with the bike fitting on August 14, 2025. You made a friendly and personable first impression. After the initial adjustments, you felt my bike was too small for me (saddle all the way back, saddle height approximately 706 mm). My height is 180 cm, inside leg length 83 cm. Bike: Canyon Grail in size S (according to Canyon, S and M fit me). After about a week, I told you that I had severe lower back pain during and after riding. You said it was because I needed to get used to the position. I also told you after about three weeks that I felt like I was sitting too stretched out. Your answer was that I should simply move my saddle forward. So, on your advice, I moved the seat forward (5 mm). By the way: the effective seat height is reduced even further if you move the saddle forward without adjusting it. After the next ride, I had severe knee pain. So I had another bike fitting and spent even more money. Now the saddle is 13 mm higher and 10 mm further forward than when you adjusted it. No more problems... And the bike isn't too small... My wish here would have been that you, like any reputable bike fitter, had offered the option of a refitting if there were any problems, instead of sending a message saying, "Move the saddle forward." P.S.: That's how I had my bike set up, too, before you adjusted it "better" for me. Regards, Kevin Heidt

Top service – fast, competent, and friendly! I had an urgent problem with my bike, and after just a short time, I was able to speak directly with Tim via video chat. Contact was super easy and quick. I highly recommend Tim's bike fitting! I already had a bike fitting last year with a well-known provider in Cologne and felt much better cared for with Tim compared to that! He is extremely competent, explains each step clearly, and you can really tell that achieving the best possible result is very important to him. The time has flown by, and I now feel much more comfortable on the bike and know that I have a competent contact person if I have any questions! Tim came to my house with his Kickr Core and did a video analysis with me. Since the fitting I chose was a bit more expensive, he explained everything very well, even though terms like reach and stag were completely new to me. The fitting itself was excellent; he corrected me several times when things weren't quite right, and we were able to find the optimal saddle height and eliminate other issues (everything was set up incorrectly). The cleats were the first thing he readjusted, and the pressure under the ball of my foot disappeared immediately. Adjusting the saddle height resolved my saddle discomfort. Tilting the handlebars upwards and rotating the STI levers helped me find a proper wrist position. Tim explained everything in great detail, which helped me understand what he was doing. In the end, I left the bike feeling great. I'm looking forward to cycling even more than usual now. The fact that Tim can come to anyone's home is definitely a plus. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

From the very first contact, I felt I was in excellent hands with Tim regarding my bike fitting. The appointment was very pleasant, and Tim is a true expert in his field. The bike fitting couldn't be better. Tim conducts the fitting in great detail, explaining each step. Even a layperson can understand every change and its effect. For me, the new settings eliminated my knee pain and significantly increased my performance. Beyond bike adjustments, Tim also has a very good understanding of physiology. He was able to explain my weaknesses and give me some helpful exercises for long-term improvement. I can only agree with the other reviews. Save your money on the bike and opt for a comprehensive bike fitting instead. It protects your joints and has the nice side effect of significantly more power when pedaling :-)

I can only echo the other 5-star reviews. Tim conducts the bike fitting very professionally and offers a wealth of expertise in the field of physiology. Not only is your riding position improved in collaboration with him, but he also provides valuable tips for long-term improvements in your mobility off the bike. Especially if you have problems or areas of pain, you should definitely consider a bike fitting – I will absolutely recommend Tim to my friends – it's worth saving some money on your next bike purchase. :)
