Simply fantastic! I took my Scott mountain bike there. The gears, pinion, bottom bracket, and tire needed replacing. I received competent help right from the start, and everything was done quickly. I spent a long time looking for a suitable workshop. And now I've found it! Highly recommended :)

I had my 29-inch mountain bike completely re-braked. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely first-class. No matter what work you request, you know the cost upfront. The staff is also very, very friendly. I will definitely take my bike there again and highly recommend Rösrad. For me, it's a 1+.

The owner was very friendly. After a minor issue and a few emails, I received a replacement within a day and even a nice little gift. That's what I call service... I'll definitely be back. Unfortunately, it's often difficult to reach anyone or receive no response.

Finally, a workshop where you don't have to wait three weeks for an appointment or where you're only served if you bought your bike there. Excellent and transparent service, very fair prices for repairs, and they even fixed a few minor issues themselves at no extra charge. I highly recommend them!

Honestly... The best retailer in my last 20 years of private shopping. Great and comprehensive advice, top-notch expertise, I never felt like I was being forced to sell anything. Tommy was a very pleasant customer-salesperson. I even had my Cobra D7 upgrade delivered fully assembled. Perfect communication with the driver. Honestly... I'm a 100 percent satisfied customer and can only recommend this dealer.

Highly recommended! Top-notch service!!! A year and a half after purchase, I had a problem with the electronics on my cruiser. Mr. Fischer helped me identify the problem over the phone (I live 2.5 hours away). The replacement part arrived quickly, I installed it, and everything works perfectly. That's how it should be. If only there were more companies like this...

Today was my first time here, on the recommendation of a cyclist whose fantastic saddle caught my eye. Since I wanted one like it too, I went to this new bike shop across from Obi. The staff were incredibly helpful and immediately took care of me, even though I didn't have an appointment and it was almost closing time. I found that very impressive, and also that they tried to make my request as affordable as possible, since my bike is 27 years old and this beautiful saddle might have needed a seatpost. The owner's grandson went to the trouble of fitting it without one. Now I'm happy with my new "armchair saddle." You can also bring your bike in for a service, so they can tighten every screw. They also have a wide selection of e-bikes for every taste, plus accessories. The staff take the time for personalized advice and are very budget-friendly. The saddle here was cheaper than online and was fitted on the spot for free! I definitely prefer to buy here and get the service too! The internet can't replace a personal consultation! I'm so glad I found this shop and wish it and its staff a wonderful future with many lovely customers! Keep up the good work and all the best!
