This bike shop is not for the average person. They charge €200 for a small repair (the shopkeeper claims it should actually be €280), while the same repair costs only €80 at another bike shop in Kalk. Furthermore, the shopkeeper can come across as unfriendly and arrogant to some, as he is very direct and blunt in his statements. Only recommended if you are prepared to spend a lot of money on a bicycle or repairs.

This shop is simply fantastic. They repaired my bike, and when I picked it up and dropped it off, they explained everything to me, including why something was broken and how I could avoid it happening again. This is someone who knows what they're doing and, above all, enjoys it. I'm really impressed. And all at a great price. Thank you for still providing such a service.

On a long bike ride, I walked into the shop with the request to have my saddle checked. I received immediate, very competent help, as my saddle was completely misadjusted. The advice was so excellent that I spontaneously decided to buy a new saddle, even though the owner suggested I might wait. This was another first-class advice. The owner took the time to quickly check the bike, tighten the screws, professionally install and properly adjust the new saddle, and even offered a few helpful tips. The rest of the ride was pure pleasure. This is what good service looks like. Highly recommended!

A complete rip-off and incredibly unfriendly! I had my bike repaired at the shop's workshop, and after politely inquiring how much longer it would take, I was met with an extremely rude response on the phone. This was despite the fact that the promised 7 days had already passed two days ago without any update. When I dropped off my bike, the mechanic estimated the repair at €380. Without any further explanation, I was ultimately charged €740. When I asked how the price was calculated, I was given a completely unbelievable explanation. All it took was minor work and inexpensive bike parts... I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Better to walk.

I was in the area today and unfortunately encountered an unexpected mechanical problem, which a qualified technician could probably fix in just a few steps. I spontaneously stopped by to see if they could help. Despite his busy schedule, the shop manager took care of the problem immediately and repaired it in 5 minutes. Excellent service and definitely recommended! 👍

If you're not immediately prepared to pay the exorbitant price, you'll be turned away in a rather unfriendly manner. I've told myself several times never to go back, but after a while, I'd get my hopes up again, only to have the same thing happen every time. :( You'll only be satisfied there if you're willing to spend hundreds of euros just for normal bike repairs, which you'd be better off doing yourself with a bit more effort for half the price.

Perfect shop and bike repair shop with a very competent, friendly owner! High quality at a fair price. Highly recommended. You're in good hands there. You can get an appointment quickly, and when your bike is repaired, you can tell a real professional worked on it.
