I went there today for a quick repair of my derailleur and derailleur hanger. Wow, was the repair done fast! 😀 Now the bike runs perfectly and the cost was more than reasonable! Therefore, I highly recommend it 👍 Plus, the staff is very friendly.

I stopped by today during a bike ride because my gears weren't working properly. I popped into the shop on a whim and was greeted very warmly by an employee. He immediately checked my bike and readjusted the gears, so everything worked perfectly again and I could continue my ride. My impression was more than positive: quick help without any waiting and competent service. The shop also offers a wide selection of bicycle accessories.

I quickly got an appointment to have my Rose bike repaired. Although it wasn't strictly a warranty issue, I didn't have to pay anything and it was done very quickly. Many thanks again to the friendly staff.

I stopped by today on short notice because a sprocket had broken. They were able to install a new freewheel and I was able to take my bike home again. Thank you so much for the quick and easy help!

I went there on Saturday for a quick service to have my derailleur and shifters adjusted. After an initial inspection, they left the bike there as it seemed to be a bit more involved than I had anticipated. I picked it up today, and in my opinion, the shifting couldn't be better—buttery smooth and flawless. It's not like some big, well-known bike shops that just "quickly adjust" it to run halfway decently. You can tell they still work with love and passion there. From now on, this is definitely my new go-to workshop for both of my bikes!

I used the "Quick Service" on Saturday. Perfect service! Friendly staff, quick and easy repair including explanations of what needed fixing and why. Fantastic, you don't find that everywhere anymore. Highly recommended!

Customer threatened to place an order! Extremely unfriendly and arrogant. 'Please' is a foreign concept to them. While the service was quick, they clearly still need to learn how to treat customers politely.

My bicycle was there for a service and to have various worn parts replaced. After the first ride, I can say that the bike is in perfect working order again. They did exactly what we agreed upon. The estimate was adhered to precisely. You can tell that the staff enjoy their work, because in addition to the excellent workmanship, the atmosphere was great. I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Efficient repair estimations and quotes, even got an SMS warning and approximate price, when they found something expensive.
