Unless you are willing to buy a test bike from their display, STAY OUT OF THIS SHOP!!!. I bought a bike there under the promise to get a bright new one in two weeks time, as they needed to assemble it. Little did I knew! It’s been already over a month of endless promises that they’ll have the bike ready “next week” and until this day they haven’t delivered. This has costed me lots of time, energy and zen. The worst part is that I have paid the bike fully so this highly unprofessional people couldn’t care less on whether they keep their promise or not. Also, don’t be mislead by their very nice and friendly treatment at the store, as once you buy, you’ll experience their “remarkable” customer “service”. My advice: STAY OUT.

True Customer Commitment I recently purchased a bike from this shop and was impressed not just with the range and quality of bikes, but especially with their outstanding customer service. After taking my new bike home and testing it on a longer ride, I realized the frame size (XL) wasn’t ideal for my comfort. When I returned to the shop to discuss this, Felipe (associate) had discussed with me and even brought L size bike for trial, he was incredibly understanding and cooperative. Despite the bike being used briefly, they graciously offered to switch it to a size L, which fits me perfectly. This kind of service is rare — they didn’t just sell a product, they truly cared about my satisfaction and comfort. Their willingness to help even after the purchase shows a deep commitment to long-term customer trust. Thanks a lot once again.

Felipe gave Exceptional Service !** I had a fabulous experience purchasing my bike at XXXL Feld Sankt Augustin. Felipe, the associate who assisted me, was absolutely outstanding—super professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. As an English speaker, I was especially impressed by how smoothly and kindly he communicated, making the entire process effortless and enjoyable. Bought a light that didn't have the mounting brackets in the box when I opened it at home. The box showed images of the mounting brackets and the text on box said these were included. When I returned to the store I was told that this model doesn't include the mounting brackets. Even when I pointed out where on the box it says "included" the sales person held his position. Whatever. At least they refunded my money.

No doubt a Huge store with a vast range of bikes. But some of the salesman were so bad that it made me wonder about the recruiting process selection for hiring people who are not suited for Sales position where friendly customer oriented attitude is needed. I have been to this store a dozen times, I'm speaking from experience. the feeling I got there was all about Quick sale otherwise you're uninteresting! I placed an order and after 1 month I had to call because there was no action taken and I was told to write ✍️ a complain. I went to the store again to make sure But the sales person simply denied that he never got my message, argument maybe I sent it to the wrong address but I had the correct email address handwritten by the salesman on a fahrrad xxl post it. After all those weeks of waiting and still no action taken by such Neglected attitude from the salesman the bicycle was sold out I missed a Good offer! It was Horrible Service that even after half a year I remember the name of Sale person. Herr Hamm & Thorsten. Thanks a lot for such an unforgettable experience (sarcastich) 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Great place. This was the biggest bike shop i have ever seen or visited. There is so much to choose from that everyone must be satisfied. Not only bikes but any type of equipment too. Ebikes, moutain bikes, kids bikes and much more. Everything can be touched and tested. Helmets, shoes etc. Service here is superb. Highly recommend.

Buying experience is okay. Lots of staff but few with any real knowledge of the products they are selling. Very negative experience with the purchase of 2 children's bikes though. Was given 2 weeks of preparation time to return following the purchase (as a side note, I thought this was reasonable: the bikes were shipped to the store and assembled & summer is a very busy season. If anything, I expected the wait to be longer.) I returned to the store to pick up the new bikes only to wait in line for ~2 hours and then be told the bikes were not prepared. When I did receive the bikes and got home, I noticed that the brakes were incorrectly installed with the rim brakes contacting the tire and not the rim. Potentially, this could have been a disaster for one of my kids. Another minor gripe is that the zip tie ends to fasten the reflectors were jagged and sharp. Location and store are good and I believe the repair shop is knowledgeable. I'll likely use a LBS instead though.

Bought a bike here the other day and was extremely satisfied with the fantastic help I received from Daniel and Nico. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient while I tried out various bikes and sensitive to my needs. In the end they helped me choose a bike I’m very happy with. I’d highly recommend both of these guys if you’re in need of a bike!

I bought a bike today and I’m so happy with it! I was helped by Nico Bläser and he was really friendly, helpful and patient with explaining the pros and cons of each bike. He gave really good advice while taking into consideration my wishes and the whole process of buying the bike was really easy. Could not recommend him or the store more!

Purchased a bike yesterday. The shop is well organized and the customer reps are very helpful and proactive. Mr. Michael Haas helped me through the process of getting a bike which had been a great buying experience overall. He had let me test couple of bikes before making a final decision and tried to help me be sure about making the right choice. Therefore, five stars for both the shop and Mr. Haas. Thank you.
