Unfortunately, the store is incredibly unfriendly. A quick hello when you walk in would be nice. Well, what's strange is that the fitting rooms are always locked, and you have to find someone who doesn't ignore you to lock them out... What I find even worse is that you're not allowed to take your own small handbag into the fitting room. Sorry, but I leave my phone, wallet, and car keys with strangers behind the cash register... I'm glad Snipes opened in the Huma shopping center, because I'll definitely never set foot in that store again!

Disastrous! Take your money and shop somewhere else. We were there today. Absolutely disorganized. The staff can't even operate the cash register properly. One employee, wearing sweatpants with a tribal design and red hair, was truly inappropriate and embarrassing. She didn't like it when, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, we asked them to open a second register. She completely lost it, bit her hand, and ran screaming through the store that she wanted to quit and that this was her last day (as a threat, which isn't really a threat to customers). No problem, postage isn't particularly expensive for the letter. After I left the store, the girl came after me (I want to emphasize that I was already outside) and shouted at me: "I wish you a very bad New Year's Eve!" Absolutely embarrassing, inappropriate, and a reason not to spend your money there. It was truly shameful. And apparently, the bad reviews are well-founded. 😂 I wish everyone a happy new year and a great start to 2026.

The guy with the mullet (I'm told he's the store manager) is extremely unpleasant and refused an exchange right in front of me for no reason whatsoever. I also find the place very disorganized; it's easy to lose track of things. I'll never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sorry.

In my opinion, it was very bad. The noise level was awful, and the staff, well, what can I say... the gentleman mentioned several times above made me end the conversation and leave the store. I've now ordered from Intersport. If you don't want to, you already have...

I bought a jacket as a gift on November 25th (Black Friday). Since I didn't like it, I wanted to return it the next day, around 2:30 p.m. The employee there was very friendly and said the return wouldn't be a problem and called the store manager. The employee said they could only return a voucher or other merchandise, as this was stated in the guidelines. When asked, he couldn't show me these guidelines and said it "has always been this way." He then rudely escorted me away from the cash register to check out the next customers. The employee, like me, was visibly irritated, as it had never been a problem to return merchandise for money. I told the store manager that this behavior was driving away customers, but he wasn't interested. Since the manager's €115 in sales is more important to him than retaining long-term customers, this was my last visit to the store. However, the employee was really nice and understanding, which was at least a positive thing. Addendum: I went to the JD store in Bonn, and the jacket was returned without question and the purchase price was refunded. So much for the store manager's aforementioned "policies."

It's a great store in general, and nothing bad has ever happened before. Until one day, when I asked about the selection, I received incredibly annoyed and dismissive service. The employee didn't even look busy, but acted as if I were the last item. The worst part was that I was there with my daughter to buy her new sportswear. After I asked this employee, who had warts on his face, for advice, the shopping experience was ruined. I've never had any problems with previous purchases, and all the employees were friendly and willing to help. I'm wondering what went wrong. That's why I'm only giving it 2 stars.

The guy in the mullet is always unfriendly. The other day, when I wanted to pick up a pair of shoes, he made me wait 45 minutes because he supposedly had to find the size and serve other customers. It was 7:45 pm and I was the only one in the store.

Good service is nonexistent here! Upon entering, you're not greeted, and any kind of assistance is completely absent. Instead of checking on customers, the staff prefer to chat amongst themselves. The shoe I asked for was simply tossed onto the sofa without a word. At the checkout, I was ignored and given no comment. And, unsurprisingly, I wasn't even seen off. The staff clearly lack basic manners! This isn't the store's fault; I got great shoes for a fair price. However, the staff are a major factor in the problem!

At 7:46 pm, there were perhaps five or six customers browsing in the (practically empty) store. When I wanted to look at a specific shoe model, I was stopped at the entrance by an employee—with an old-fashioned curly hairstyle and two large warts on his face! He claimed that no more customers were being served at that time (even though they're open until 8 pm), and when I insisted that I only wanted to look at a particular model, this right was also denied! It's well known that the predominantly unfriendly employees in this branch have very low sales ethics, but I hadn't expected such a dismissive attitude.

Very dirty. Large clumps of dust and trash are everywhere. The staff is unfriendly and apathetic. As if the boss had given them all sleeping pills, the employees stand in the corners with their mouths slightly open and glazed eyes.
