We wanted to buy some new equipment for our vacation. But there, they seem to confuse customer service with simply ignoring the customer. We were clearly looking for different things, and we mentioned "advice" more than once. The salesperson, however, preferred to fiddle with his phone, even though we were standing right next to him. That's obviously not how you sell anything.

Unfortunately, we received absolutely no advice, even though we were clearly interested in hiking boots. The advertised discounts were also not applied as promised. The discount signs lacked the information that the offer did not apply to the entire product range. It stated 20% off purchases of €200 or more without any footnote or explanation. When we paid for a purchase of over €300, we were then informed that the advertised discount was not intended to apply as stated. Poorly done.
