We just picked up our new e-bikes. The sales consultation was excellent; they were friendly and knowledgeable, and addressed our individual needs. They also took plenty of time to explain everything and adjust the bikes when we picked them up. We highly recommend Veloland.

Today I took my regular bike to Veloland for repairs for the first time – on short notice and without an appointment! The service was really friendly and excellent; they even repaired my light at the same time 🤩 Sylke from customer service was also incredibly helpful 👍 I highly recommend them!

Completely satisfied! I received excellent advice and bought my first e-bike there the very next day. It was assembled within a few hours, and I was able to pick it up. The customer service was incredibly helpful; they even measured my head. The instruction on how to use the new bike was also comprehensive. I can wholeheartedly recommend them! The bike itself is fantastic.

Unbelievable! I was treated like an idiot at the service counter by an extremely arrogant person because I wanted to have the defective battery in my e-bike display replaced. Apparently, it was one of the "managers," as there were no workshop staff present. I can't help it if the store isn't doing well; don't take your bad mood out on the last customer. Veloland? Never again!!! Update: Of course, the battery can be replaced. I had it done at a mobile phone shop, and it was no problem at all; everything is working perfectly again. Naturally, I had cleaned the contacts myself beforehand to rule out that possibility.

Our workshop employee tried to explain to you that with this older Intuvia display, the battery is permanently installed and—if the battery is defective—only a display replacement is possible. Hello, unfortunately, I bought two bicycles for €11,000 from a bike shop, which later turned out to be the worst place we've ever bought anything in terms of service. Naturally, I contacted the bike manufacturer, who recommended a specialist workshop and, at my request, put me in touch with them. Unfortunately, it's not common practice in the bicycle industry to take your bike to a different workshop. The new workshop is Veloland in St. Augustin. Both bikes had defects. One was repaired by the manufacturer (under warranty), while the other had defects caused by the delivering dealer. Apparently, there was no pre-delivery inspection. Here at Veloland, I had the defects repaired at my own expense and commissioned a complete inspection. I've already met several people from sales and the workshop there, and I even had to bring my bike back the day after picking it up due to my own mistake. In conclusion: everyone there is incredibly friendly, and the workshop staff provided me with thorough advice and explained the defects. There are even repair certificates, something I've only ever seen in a car repair shop. The workshop manager handed them over and explained everything in detail. To be honest, I was very pleasantly surprised by the competence of the very young master mechatronics technician. Thank you very much!

A very, very, very good shop. I felt I received very good advice here and was not at all pushy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would definitely recommend it again.

Fantastic workshop. I had my e-bike serviced and also fitted with larger tires. They adjusted my mudguard slightly to ensure everything fit properly. Now I have a bike that rides better than ever.

I've recently bought a compact e-bike here and I can only strongly recommend this shop. Great selection of high quality bikes and accessories, and Staff taking great care of the Customer, with smile! Contrary to a close big competitor shop, here someone welcomes you, asks for your needs, and recommends you the most fitting models. Few time after my e-bike was delivered at home, I noticed an issue with the painting on an area of the frame and sent pictures by email. Joachim provided me immediate assistance, and exceptionally on a day off! 2 days after, my bike was replaced by another one. Thank you very much Joachim, and thanks to all the friendly personnel who assisted me. I will come back visiting you with pleasure! Kind regards.
