I got a flat tire on my bike during a ride and asked if he could repair it by the next morning just before closing time. "No problem, we can do it," he said. He kept his word. Even though the shop is closed on Wednesdays, I was able to pick up my repaired bike. Thank you so much!

I'm completely satisfied! My bike was repaired quickly and professionally. I'd especially like to highlight the friendly and competent advice – they really take their time for the customers here. The shop is nicely laid out, and the service leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly convenient: the repair was handled smoothly through the Canyon warranty. Highly recommended!

Dominik is an excellent Canyon service partner! My new Canyon Spectral e-MTB had a creaking noise coming from the lower frame/motor area. As a Canyon customer, I was free to choose the nearest service partner and selected Dominik's bike shop. The shop was immediately reachable by phone, and the contact was very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off the bike that same evening. When I received the bike, Dominik took the time to listen to my description of the problem and carefully made an initial assessment. A week later, the shop contacted me, and I was able to pick up the repaired e-bike. Dominik explained exactly what repairs had been carried out and gave me some helpful tips. All I needed to do for billing was provide my Canyon customer number. Even after extensive test rides, the creaking was finally gone, and thanks to Dominik, I'm super happy with my bike again! Overall, a 5/5 rating. Thank you so much for the great service! Fast, friendly, and helpful – I'll definitely be back! :) Marco

Highly recommended. I went there today without an appointment and they were able to help me with my bike problem immediately. I'll be back. One minor drawback: I couldn't reach anyone by phone for two days.

A bike partner just as it should be. I was able to reach someone by phone immediately. The person on the other end was very friendly, which is rare in this segment these days, and scheduling an appointment was very straightforward. I brought my Canyon bike in the very next day, and it was ready a few hours later. Truly top-notch.

I took my bicycle there for inspection and the installation of a front rack. After three weeks, I contacted them, but no one could tell me how far along my bike was. After five weeks, I called again and said I wanted to pick it up. I was told that the bicycle basket I had also ordered hadn't arrived yet, but that the bike could be picked up. After three months, I heard nothing from the shop or the ordered basket. So I went there in person, where I was told it had suddenly arrived. That's not customer service. Furthermore, I had already contacted another bike shop, and they told me that the front rack wasn't suitable for a dog carrier. I would therefore not recommend this shop; I paid far too much for poor service and incorrect advice.

Super friendly and fast service, I called and was able to drop off my bike the very next day. Highly recommended, I'll gladly come again.
