Excellent and friendly service, very nice hiking gear, a truly pleasant shopping experience. I can highly recommend it. Small but excellent selection of all kinds of outdoor clothing.

I was looking for sports shoes for the gym. At size 47, that wasn't easy. My colleague gave me excellent advice and found a shoe that fits perfectly. Very friendly, thank you!

The employee was unfortunately very unfriendly. When I asked if they had any water bottles/vests for running, she very rudely pointed me to their stainless steel and plastic water bottles for hiking. After that, she watched me intently from a distance, which made me feel uncomfortable. I definitely won't be coming back. I'd rather order from Amazon, where you get better advice ;)

A very nice sports shop located in the heart of Schwerte. Accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the shop. Alternatively, there is a parking garage nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shop has a wide selection of sportswear in various sizes, brands, and colors.

Good selection, though a bit pricey. Personally, I find it annoying when, as soon as I enter the store, a staff member approaches me asking for help. A simple "No, we'd like to browse on our own" doesn't seem to be accepted. The same employee asked three more times within ten minutes. I felt compelled to say to my wife, "That's the fourth time she's asked!" The employee reacted somewhat irritably. At one point, we were even approached by another employee. Just a heads-up for the staff: some customers prefer to browse on their own. Please accept a "no" in those cases. It's not a pleasant shopping experience to be bothered like that.

Highly competent, friendly, and genuinely warm service. You feel well taken care of and realize that they don't always try to sell you the most expensive product; they also look for and offer affordable alternatives. Even in a sporting goods store, things are fair and honest here. I'll gladly come back to shop, get advice, and just chat.

It was my first time there. I went on my friend's recommendation. The store is very well-stocked. The sales assistants are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
