A service that leaves nothing to be desired. I had my Advanced Fitting done at Painless Bike and I'm absolutely thrilled. Mr. Störbrauck takes the time to discuss everything thoroughly and adjusts everything until you're completely satisfied and the position perfectly suits your needs. He does all this using state-of-the-art measuring technology and expert knowledge. If you want or need new parts such as shoes, saddle, stem, or similar items, he provides comprehensive advice and explains what makes sense and why. Furthermore, you don't get the impression that he's just trying to make a sale to maximize profit, but rather that he offers realistic, transparent, and customer-focused advice. I will definitely be back and can recommend Painless Bike to anyone who wants to get a bike fitting!

Today I had my Canyon SF 8.0 bike fitted at this wonderful place. Many thanks to Markus for his professional work! The organization was excellent. It was also great to find in Markus not only a professional who perfectly adjusted the bike, but also someone to talk to who also loves and participates in triathlons. Excellent bike fitting and highly competent advice. All settings were clearly explained and individually adjusted. Since then, I've been riding much more comfortably and without any discomfort. Pleasant atmosphere and plenty of time was taken for questions. Highly recommended for anyone who seriously wants to cycle better and more efficiently!

I had my bike fitting with Markus and I'm absolutely thrilled. His expertise is truly impressive – you can immediately tell he knows exactly what he's talking about. Markus takes a tremendous amount of time and explains every step clearly and in minute detail. No question goes unanswered. What I particularly appreciated was that the bike isn't just adjusted "eventually," but fine-tuned until everything is truly perfect. You feel taken seriously and individually cared for at every stage. What I also really liked: Markus doesn't try to push anything on you. On the contrary – he's honest and tells you if you don't necessarily need something, while simultaneously explaining the potential benefits of new components transparently and substantiating them with a clear analysis. This allows you to make an informed decision yourself. But what really makes the whole experience special is that it's evident at all times that bike fitting isn't just a job for Markus, but a genuine passion. This enthusiasm is contagious and draws you in – you don't feel like a customer, but like someone who truly deserves his help. The result speaks for itself: a significantly improved riding experience, greater comfort, and a noticeable performance boost. For me, it's one of the best investments I've made for cycling. I was looking for a bike fitter in the area and stumbled across Markus's website. He's nearby and was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. Booking an appointment through the website was straightforward and fast. You also get a reminder before your appointment, which I think is great. Communication before the appointment was also very satisfactory and prompt. The fitting itself seems very well thought out and stands out due to the modern technology used. I could see and understand what was being done and why at any time. The differences were also clearly explained to me. Markus is a cool guy who clearly cares about his customers' satisfaction. Absolutely recommended! I went there on a friend's recommendation to get advice on choosing the right shoes – and I'm more than impressed. Even though I brought my own shoes from another retailer, he took a lot of time and honestly admitted that they weren't a perfect fit. At the second appointment, the new shoes were then fitted perfectly over several hours, including insoles and fine-tuning right there on the bike. You can tell immediately: he loves his job. Super friendly, extremely competent, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Here, you're not just a number, but receive truly personalized service. He's only satisfied when everything fits perfectly – not just "okay," but 100%. On top of that, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. You won't find this quality anywhere else for such a low price. Top guy, top shop – I would go back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend him!

I visited Markus last week, but unfortunately, we had to cut the appointment short due to a technical problem with my bike. Markus immediately made time to reschedule the appointment for another day. It was a fantastic experience; he took a great deal of time and explained everything thoroughly. His extensive expertise was truly impressive. I felt completely at ease and can finally ride my bike without pain! I'd especially like to mention that he tries to adjust everything as best as possible using my own components and doesn't immediately try to sell me his own products. I highly recommend him; I'll definitely be back.

I was at @painless_bike today. We went through my current setup and looked at where there was potential for optimization. All this with an eye toward a new bike. I was extremely satisfied. Nice atmosphere, modern equipment, and good advice. We'll definitely see each other again!
