I can highly recommend this bike shop. I had a damaged rim on my front wheel. I called, drove over, and they repaired it right away and also made some other improvements. They were incredibly friendly and competent. The price was totally fair. Excellent! Thank you!

Horrible communication and customer service. I went there to have my unstable gear box, chain changed and rear tire fixed, they have done it but ruined my rear breake disc, they have claimed that it was already covered with oil and their offer was to remove the tire once again and clean the disc and change the pads which makes no sense. They have obviously sprayed oil on my discs after the work is done during chain change and refused to take responsibility. I do not want to be unfair, if everything goes smooth you might have a good experience there but if something goes wrong they are simply out and you are on your own... Either you trust them and pay more for what they have messed up or go else where. I wouldn’t let them touch my bike ever again. The bike you ride everyday suddenly has horrible brakes right after a service and it is not their fault.
