These are true professionals. In the well-known chain stores, you always see a lot of good and bad, but not here. Every consultation (I've been there several times and bought running shoes) has been characterized by absolute expertise and competence. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. And if you want to try on six pairs of shoes, that's absolutely no problem. You can tell that they're not just trying to sell you the most expensive shoes, but that they advise you with passion for the sport, and with genuine enjoyment. Sure, you can buy a pair of ordinary "everyday running shoes" elsewhere, but when it comes to really good running shoes and I need expert advice, there's no other place for me, even though it's a 40km drive.

Highly competent and friendly service! When a pair of running shoes started causing problems after the first few runs, the team was extremely accommodating and found a solution immediately. We feel very well taken care of here and will definitely buy our next shoes there again!

I was in the store during the week at lunchtime to buy new running shoes and therefore hardly had to wait for assistance. The service was excellent; the saleswoman listened to my wishes and comments, and I found the perfect shoe. I would definitely come back here for running shoes.

On my way to my vacation destination, I spontaneously stopped to find a new pair of hiking boots. I didn't have high expectations because of the limited selection on display. Especially since, as a woman with a narrow size 44 (EU), I always have trouble finding shoes that fit. My expectations were more than exceeded; the advice was expert and professional. I tried on at least 20 different shoe models (from classic hiking boots to trail runners) and felt very well understood. We patiently continued our search, and more and more models were brought out of the stockroom until we finally narrowed it down to two favorites, and all I had to do was choose. I'm more than happy with my chosen trail running shoes; during the 20km test hike, I felt like I was walking on clouds. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store and the service! Thank you!

Excellent shopping experience. The advice (including gait analysis) was very competent and not at all pushy. I was able to try on several pairs and take a test run in front of the store. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell me the most expensive shoe model, but rather the one that suited me best. Thank you :)

Coming to Germany last year from New Zealand during a pandemic meant I didn't have a chance to meet other runners or enter any races due to social distancing. I was so happy once things started opening up including my local running shop here in Siegburg. David's expert knowledge about running shoes and advice on what was best for me was really reassuring that I had found the right shoe shop for me. David does not come across as a salesman, rather, as someone who is passionate about running and the outdoors and strives to find the right shoe for you.
