I had an appointment to have my brake pads changed and wanted to drop off my bike the afternoon before! When I mentioned that I needed the bike every day, I was allowed to come back in an hour and ride home with new brake pads! They also tightened the chain at the same time! Great service! My next visit to the bike repair shop spontaneously repaired the broken headlight mount for free!

We made an appointment, and everything went smoothly. Even a sudden emergency with the school bike was resolved very promptly and friendly, and in this case, free of charge. Excellent customer service, I'd be happy to use it again.

The shop has very friendly employees who are happy to take time for their customers. This was actually a kind of "emergency stop" because I couldn't drive from Siegburg to the original dealer in Sankt Augustin with a flat tire. So, I just wanted to get a new tube here. However, the team's courtesy, competence, spontaneity, and, above all, speed prompted me to buy additional equipment for an upcoming bike tour right here. A super nice shop; from now on, I'll only come here. The large bike shop in the neighboring town, where I originally bought my bike, is so busy, you wait forever. I'd love to come back^^

Highly recommended. They took their time during the consultation and provided excellent customer service. They made me feel like I wasn't buying the most expensive option, but rather what suited me and what I needed. I'd gladly shop there again, hence the full five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great bike shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My brakes were repaired immediately as an emergency. They didn't even notice that it was someone else's bike. Their priority was helping me. Truly great service! Thank you.

I brought two bikes to the appointment (within 24 hours 😁): new tires, brakes, grips, and pedals, plus a service inspection, all in one day. Fantastic! The price was absolutely fair 👍🏻. I can highly recommend them. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. They explained everything clearly, and I felt very comfortable.
