We regularly buy football equipment at Intersport Dreschmann in Siegburg and are always completely satisfied. The service is consistently excellent – ​​friendly, competent, and honest. They take their time, listen to our needs, and offer helpful advice, especially when choosing shoes or jerseys. Shopping here should be a pleasure! I've been a customer here for over 15 years, but in recent years my experiences have become increasingly negative… When you walk through the store, you're usually shadowed by an employee. They don't actively offer advice, but they follow you around, which makes you feel more harassed than well-advised. A simple base layer from Erima (not Adidas, not Nike, ERIMA!) costs €40 here, while the exact same item costs €20 online. I asked if anything could be done about it, which just made the manager laugh. I didn't want to accept the reluctantly offered discount of €30, no less. It's a real shame when brick-and-mortar stores, especially institutions like Intersport on Holzgasse, go out of business, but if you're going to charge double for identical items, you should at least be excellent in terms of customer service and friendliness, and that's clearly not the case here :(

I'm absolutely thrilled! I bought a pair of shoes here that turned out to be a bit too tight – and the way they handled this situation was simply exemplary! Super accommodating, absolutely professional, and customer-focused. I'd particularly like to highlight the professional foot scan, which was truly impressive and showed me how much expertise and care goes into the consultation. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and competent – ​​you just feel like you're in good hands. The consultation was top-notch at all times – honest, personalized, and with a lot of dedication. You rarely experience service like this these days. I'll definitely come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this store! Highly recommended!
