We want our customers to be able to understand our work – so here's a transparent breakdown (1 repair = 5 minutes):<br><br>Tube replacement: 2 repairs = 10 minutes → €19.20<br>Removal and installation of rear wheel: 1.5 repairs = 7.5 minutes → €14.40<br>Tube: €8.90<br>Disposal: €1.50<br>Total: €44.00<br>In total, 17.5 minutes of work time were billed. Calculated based on labor alone, this equates to approximately €115/hour – which is within the usual range for specialist workshops, as this includes not only the manual labor but also fixed costs, tools, infrastructure, warranty, and service.<br><br>Additional work such as scheduling appointments, accepting the bike, retrieving and storing it, preparing materials, and handing it over upon pickup are often invisible. These times do not appear as a separate item on the invoice, but are part of the overall effort our employees put in and are included in the calculation.<br><br>We deeply regret that you felt the price and service were disproportionate. And of course, we would also like to clarify why the rear wheel did not work as expected after the repair.
