We had our Canyons serviced at Kriegerwerk for the first time, and we were thrilled. Kalle is highly recommended. We dropped off the bikes on Monday, and on Tuesday we got a call saying everything was ready. A small workshop where the work is done with a lot of passion and where customer service is still a top priority. We'll be back. THANK YOU.

I just stopped by because my brakes were making a strange noise, and they helped me right away. I was even a bit early (they open at 2 pm). I'm used to a lot from bike shops. Usually, you're not treated very kindly. But here, the owner is super friendly and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Top! Kalle is absolutely recommendable. My son got his bike repaired as quickly as possible. He's absolutely thrilled. The brakes work perfectly again. He enjoys riding even more now. The gears are also 100% working again. I got an appointment very quickly, and the bike was ready the next day. I'm more than satisfied with the price as well. I went to the Kriegerwerk bike repair shop today to pick up my bike after its service! Kalle (the workshop manager) is a very competent, helpful, and considerate person! I'm very happy with his work on my bike! The handling has improved significantly, and the mechanics are working better than ever! I don't usually lend out women, weapons, or bikes! But I would trust Kalle with my bike! Thank you for your conscientious work!

My new go-to bike shop. I had problems with my bike brakes every year and spent a few hundred euros getting them repaired. Nothing ever lasted longer than a season. So I tried Kriegerwerk. A super nice guy who explained everything to me and listened. He couldn't find a major problem and was honest. A quick brake pad change and caliper alignment while I waited and watched. We have six bikes in our household, and they'll all be coming here in the future. Even if my problem isn't solved permanently, I'll be back because I feel like I'm in good hands here.
