My wife ordered Nike Airmax 30s online from here for my birthday and gave them to me today. That can't be right. They're old, already used, and broken. Of course, they cost €129, like new. I would never, ever, ever order anything from here again. We're very, very disappointed. The box also contains a receipt for €8.25, probably from the previous owner. Unfortunately, there's nothing below 1 star!

I drove all the way from Ohligs to Mitte, and then this fine gentleman decided to lock the door at 6 pm, even though the website says they're open until 7 pm. Have a nice evening! 👎

Today was my first time there. Very pleasant and the advice was excellent. I found the staff very friendly and professional, yet unobtrusive. They even offered me drinks when I walked in, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch, especially since it was quite hot today. I can absolutely recommend this place.

When this store first opened, the owner was very, very nice and always there. I preferred buying things there rather than online because I wanted to support him. Over time, they've hired a lot of new employees who are clueless, unfriendly, and clearly have no interest in customer service! About two months ago, I saw a shoe in the window, but since I was in a hurry, I didn't go in. The next day, I called to ask if they even had my size. When I called, the person on the other end was incredibly rude and annoyed. "Hellooooo?" When I asked about the shoe and described it, I was immediately interrupted with a loud "We don't have it!!!"... Of course, I knew the shoe was there, so I described it again, to which he replied, extremely annoyed, "Yessss, we don't have it!!!!" I was a bit surprised and couldn't believe it had sold out in just one day. The next day, out of curiosity, I went there and they had the shoe... even in my size... but of course I didn't buy it because I don't want to support a store where customers are treated like dirt. So, folks: buy it online or at a different store.

The most unfriendly store I know. Even one question was too many, and I was simply left standing there. I've never experienced any help or service before. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely recommended!! After having already visited two other well-known sneaker shops (including Snipes), I was informed here that the shoe in size 40 was also available as a "children's shoe," which looks exactly the same but is €40 cheaper. Now that's customer service ;) Furthermore, the advice was really great and the salesperson was very friendly and competent. You'll probably see me here more often in the future :)

Good selection of designer shoes. Very competent, friendly, and helpful staff. 5 stars for this Sunday's salesperson! This is how shopping is fun! 👍
