Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them. They are difficult to reach, the people in charge don't respond to emails, and there seems to be no interest in customer service when problems arise. I ordered my new e-bike from somewhere else where the customer is treated with respect.

I actually just rode by on my bike to schedule an appointment to install a trailer hitch. Less than 30 minutes later, I left the workshop with a new, matching thru axle (they had one in stock) and the hitch for my bike trailer installed. Super fast and customer-oriented service, I'm impressed!

I've been very satisfied with your service for years and have purchased a total of six bikes – four current ones for my family and me – from Biernath. I also came to you regularly for maintenance and repairs. Today I came from Spain with my racing bike to have a tire changed – unfortunately, I was turned away with the explanation that an appointment for "other bikes" is only possible at the end of August and that you only serve your own customers. That disappointed me, especially since I've always considered myself a loyal customer.

Excellent customer service, they really listen to their customers' needs. Whenever I have a problem with my bike, Biernath is my first point of contact in Solingen. The pictures show a damaged racing bike. Thanks to Biernath, they provided quick help – it was back in action in less than a week.
