There was no trace of customer service or professionalism. I rented all my ski equipment from Sport Krön for my ski vacation. After the fitting in November, everything seemed fine at first. Four months later, the boots and poles were defective, and the bindings weren't adjusted properly. Of course, I only noticed this on the vacation itself, when I was getting ready on the first day of skiing, or rather, I only discovered the misadjusted bindings once I was on the mountain. That was the first time I had to find a local ski rental shop to have them adjusted. After the arm strap on one of the poles broke, I had to go back a second time. To make matters worse, I had also booked a ski school for that day, which I arrived much too late for. Naturally, I wasn't refunded. When I returned the equipment, I was greeted rather irritably. When I started on about all the problems with the rented gear, that was the last straw. The faults were denied, and they blamed me. I must have fastened the boots incorrectly, which warped the plastic and the binding, and I must have accidentally touched the binding, causing it to adjust. And of course, ski poles can break... It's strange that all three things happened to me. After a pointless argument, I received a small refund. After all the hassle, it was just a drop in the ocean. Things got interesting when I found out who had served me... most likely the owner. The equipment had clearly seen better days, and compared to ski rentals in Ischgl, it was also significantly more expensive. In the future, I'll definitely rent my equipment locally.

THANK YOU for a ski boot from Sport Krön that fits perfectly and makes skiing so much fun. The fact that it also looks great is the icing on the cake. I've never had such a well-fitting ski boot before, one that allows for pain-free skiing and excellent control of the skis. I'm so glad I treated myself and went to Sport Krön. I highly recommend this store, and especially their expertise in skiing and ski boot fitting.

I've rarely received such excellent advice! Since I only dealt with Robert today, I can only speak about him. Straightforward, experienced, and absolutely competent – ​​that's how boot fitting should be! He looked at my old boots and my feet and immediately knew what wasn't right. I hope every ambitious skier gets the chance to work with Robert. I, for one, now have a perfect pair of ski boots and can't wait to hit the slopes! Sport Krön is truly fantastic! 👍🏼

Completely satisfied! Even when scheduling my appointment for ski boot purchase/boot fitting, relevant information was requested and my wishes were noted. Plenty of time was taken (appropriately) for the consultation, trying on, selection, and fitting. In the end, I bought my first new ski boots and am really looking forward to trying them out. Many thanks to the Sport Krön team and especially to Armin.

A true master of his craft! I had a somewhat unusual request to have my snowboard boots adjusted, as they were pinching quite a bit on the outside. I received expert help and the boots were fitted perfectly! There should be more shops with such passionate staff. Then people would order less online. I'm absolutely thrilled and can only recommend that everyone check this place out.
