Unfortunately, we can't even give one star, even though one star is indicated here so we can publish the post. While his wife was very friendly and accommodating towards us, he gave us the impression of being a real jerk... (even his granddaughter, who was sitting in the yard with us, told us he wasn't in a good mood). Adding to his unfriendly attitude was the fact that he couldn't give us a price for the repair, so we unfortunately had no idea of ​​the costs involved. He didn't make us feel welcome and never understood that we didn't need the bike repaired immediately, but could come back when it was more convenient. When his wife suggested calling us to give us an estimate so we knew what to expect, he wanted to charge us an additional €10 (he called it a "cost for the estimate"). Let's just say: Maybe he was just having a bad day, but as a customer, I can't be held responsible for that! Fortunately, we aren't dependent on him as customers, so we decided to try out the new little bike shop with repair service, "BIKESERVICE KAYA," in our town. We were immediately greeted and treated very kindly. The owner was able to give us prices, and the bike was roadworthy again less than 10 minutes later.

The service was excellent, as always. The friendly owner helped me with a problem with the handbrake. I've been to this bike clinic several times and have always received excellent service.

Very nice gentlemen, my daughter's bike was professionally repaired. They called in the morning, brought it over, and it was finished the same day. Excellent value for money.

Unfortunately, this was very unprofessional; they sold used parts as new. When questioned, they denied the items were used, even though clear signs of wear were visible and palpable. The prices are only satisfactory. The staff is also unfriendly and completely unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended!

Unfortunately, this workshop is going downhill! What a shame. The rear wheel was creaking... they fitted pedals for €12, but the rear wheel still creaked and the wheel kept locking up. I took the bike to another workshop. The rear wheel wasn't properly tightened, and the pedals weren't necessary. The bike was simply unrideable. A real shame 😢
