Friendly staff, but unfortunately not very reliable: I've been waiting for almost a month now for a pair of ice skates that I ordered. This is more than just surprising, especially since the skates are listed as available for delivery in 1 to 3 business days at the Cologne hockey shop.

Incredibly friendly and competent. They even brought several different models from Cologne to Troisdorf for me to try on. After I chose my model, the supplier said the delivery time would be over a month. But they went out of their way to shorten it somehow, and they succeeded. So, top-notch service!!! Thank you!

I'm glad the ice rink exists; I go there regularly to play ice hockey. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I have questions.

I wanted to buy new ice skates as a birthday present. I asked the salesperson to postpone the purchase until Friday and specifically asked if they were working. The salesperson said, "Yes, of course we're working." Today I went to the ice rink, and it said, "Unfortunately, we're not working today due to illness." Today is my birthday, and I'm leaving without a present.

I highly recommend the profiling grinding service with shipping. There's no option for it locally, and now the old parts are great to drive on again. Many thanks also for the super friendly service!

The shop is great! I was there last year with my daughter (11). She received excellent advice; the salesperson was knowledgeable, took his time, and didn't try to sell us the most expensive skates. My daughter got some CCM skates, and she's doing great with them. We bought her a season pass for this season, and it's already paid for itself.
