As a resident of Troisdorf, supporting local businesses is important to me. I needed accessories for my exercise bike, and my needs were met to my complete satisfaction. They even included a quick check of the bike (chain and tires). If you value quality, you should definitely check here before going to the big competitors in Augustin.

The Batavus service decision says I should go to Holland for repairs. They were very unfriendly and suggested I continue by bus, even though another garage on Cologne Street can do the repair in a few minutes for €30.

Excellent, I'll definitely be back. I haven't been able to visit the bike shop in a long time, and it's still hard for me, as I associate it with a good friend who was a co-owner and is no longer with us. The service there is so friendly and customer-oriented; the people are simply lovely through and through. It's a small but excellent shop. I brought my daughter's e-bike there because the battery was defective. We were able to leave the bike there, and the owner gave us great advice on how to proceed and what made sense. He was even a great help in finding a suitable battery cell exchange shop. I would choose this shop over any larger one. There have been many small situations where I've been in the shop needing help, and I've always received excellent assistance. I also appreciate the way they advise customers; it's always honest and direct, yet friendly. Thanks, see you soon! 👍

I was there half a year ago and just had my flat tire fixed... I can only say, great work and a completely fair price. I can understand why he's busy—just try to find an honest and fair mechanic! Here you are—I'm happy to put up with a little wait!

I stopped by last summer on a whim because I needed help with the phone mount on my gravel bike. They helped me immediately, and I was back on the road within a few minutes. Very friendly and highly recommended.

I brought my enduro bike's rear wheel in, having called other bike shops beforehand, but they said I needed to get a new wheel. I stopped by M&M Bikeshop, they took it right away, and it was finished quickly. I was really surprised how clean and neatly my rear wheel was done. Thanks again!

I had a new rim fitted to my rear wheel at M&M Bikeshop. The staff are very friendly and took their time advising me on which rim to choose. My new rim looks great, I'd gladly go back.

I'm thrilled! I spontaneously stopped by because my e-bike wasn't running quite right. Within two hours, the brakes were replaced and a service was performed. Thank you for spontaneously finding the time to help me and my son. My new favorite shop! 🚲
