Excellent service. I had a flat tire and I'm not very handy myself. I quickly checked if they had time and then had my bike back in about an hour. The price was absolutely fair too. I'd gladly use their services again. That's what I call superb service, and I'll definitely be back.

I experienced a very high level of expertise and fast service there, along with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. One year later, my bicycle's gear cable broke, and I again received professional and friendly help from Mr. Torino. I like the shop!

I've known this shop for ages, ever since I was just a little kid. Today I need a new tire for my folding bike, and I see they have more in stock and it's cheaper than anywhere else I've been. The service was also excellent and very friendly. So if you need anything for your bike, come here! Cheers, Marcus

Excellent work, fair prices, and generally quite straightforward. You're greeted warmly, can describe your problem with your bike, and then receive feedback on the estimated time and cost. Completely satisfied and therefore a full 5 stars.

Very friendly shop/owner. I went into the shop with a flat tire and we quickly determined that the inner tube was probably damaged. I then bought a new tube and tried to change it myself, but messed it up (probably pinched it with the tire lever) and damaged the tube again immediately. The owner then fitted a new one for me himself (and showed me how to do it without a tire lever) and only charged me for one tube. Overall, very friendly!

My brakes stopped working on Friday evening, I was working in Troisdorf on Saturday and spontaneously dropped my bike off at the friendly owner's shop. About an hour later, the brakes were fixed. They've never been better! Top-notch work. I'd gladly use his services again! 👍

First impression 🫠 positive. I dropped off two bikes (by appointment) for inspection. The shop staff (I think it was the owner) gave me friendly, competent advice, and now we're waiting to pick them up. But I have a good feeling; we felt comfortable.

A long search has come to a happy end. My wife needed a new e-bike. It should have a large frame and a powerful battery. After test-riding various brands and models, nothing was quite right. Then our path led us back to the specialist bicycle shop. We've been very satisfied customers with their service and repairs for a long time – only our request for a very large frame couldn't be fulfilled for a long time. It wasn't until March 8th, when we inquired again, that a Kalkhoff bike was available, which my wife could test ride. The size was perfect, and in a very helpful consultation, the owner answered all of our questions. Useful accessories were also recommended and ordered right away. Everything was assembled over the weekend, including swapping a trailer hitch from the old bike to the new one. My wife was able to take delivery of the bike on March 13th. We can give this small but excellent family business an unreserved recommendation. From the friendly advice to the great service in the workshop, we are happy to give a full five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
