The sale went smoothly, but returning the item (within about 90 minutes) for a refund wasn't possible, only for store credit. The reasons given were: "Unfortunately, the shoebox has already been disposed of. That's how small retailers operate here!" You've just lost two new customers. Your return policy is completely outdated and has nothing to do with your competitors, who, as you tried to explain to me, can afford to have this policy.
