Great, small bike shop. I made an appointment after contacting them by phone. The work I commissioned (replacing the bike chain) was done excellently. I'm very satisfied.

I picked up my e-bike from Udo today and I'm more than satisfied. I originally brought it in because I was having problems with the gears and chain. However, he noticed many other issues during the repair, for which I'm very grateful, as it could have been dangerous. I will gladly recommend Udo to all bicycle owners and will definitely be back. The price-performance ratio is excellent! Thanks again!

Originally, only the rear tire was supposed to be replaced. However, a few minor defects were discovered, which were repaired immediately. Reliable appointment and good price. Highly recommended. I'll be back if needed.

I went to Udo's shop at short notice because of a flat tire. I also asked for a bike inspection, and both were handled to my complete satisfaction. Quickly, accurately, and reasonably priced. I can only recommend Udo. Thanks again. Greetings from Spich

I dropped off my bike two weeks ago for an inspection and repair of various parts. What I got back was a perfectly functioning bike that I've been able to ride with great pleasure every day since. Many, many thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful Udo, and thank you for your fantastic work. I'll definitely be back if I need anything else! :D

I bought a really nice used bike today at a fair price. The owner was super friendly and helpful, explained everything very well, and even took it for a test ride 👍. "MINE" 😃 The shop is small, but well-equipped, and since he works alone, he's naturally very busy. The season is starting now, and people are getting back outside and, of course, want to ride their bikes. And now, naturally, the bikes need to be tuned up 🙄🧐 I'd only heard positive things about the shop and the owner, so I wanted to go and see what he had to offer. And as I mentioned, I found a bike right away 😃 Most importantly, I was able to see for myself that the positive reviews are true... and I'll always recommend the shop... especially since you get expert advice there... and bikes are in good hands for repairs. Thanks again!

Back then, I had a small problem with the cassette on the rear wheel, which was fixed after a few minutes. It cost me a small sum in my coffee cup. I'm impressed with the service, even though it's a one-man operation. I made an appointment today for my hydraulic brakes.

Excellent service, a repair I didn't expect so quickly. The spoked wheels weren't trued, and the hydraulic brakes weren't working. Perhaps wholesalers are just concerned with maximizing profits? This bike didn't come from Udo's shop, but the next one certainly will!

Despite having an appointment, they refused to accept my bike: Apparently, the repairs were too complicated and couldn't be done during the season. As a customer with an appointment and a complex problem, I felt uneasy being told to wait until the winter months. Who actually rides their bike in winter? As a one-man operation, they're clearly just making money. I won't be recommending them again and will instead invest my own time.

Hello Mr. Günther!<br><br>I tried to explain why it's not possible for me to repair your unusual bicycle (an older Hercules folding bike with belt drive and rear suspension) during the peak season, as research and procurement (if the necessary spare parts are even still available anywhere) are very time-consuming! I want to do a proper job, and judging by the condition of the bike, that didn't seem possible!<br><br>I'm happy to look into it more thoroughly after the peak season!

I'm thrilled! The bike's gears were repaired quickly and inexpensively. The chain guard was also adjusted and replaced. They also removed the dent in the rear wheel. Now the bike is ready for the new season! Thank you so much for the quick help! I'll be back.
