I ride a tricycle with a rim brake on one of the two rear wheels. The braking distance (especially on downhill) was far too long for me. No workshop has had a solution for me yet. The team at Electric Ride installed two disc brakes for me in "extensive manual work," which now make my ride significantly safer. I'm more than satisfied with the workmanship and will recommend the creative team at Electric Ride to my friends.

I'm a bit disappointed that I was completely ignored by these gentlemen without any warning or reason. Either he just wants to make a quick buck or he simply doesn't feel like answering a few questions, I don't know. In the latter case, a brief notification would be helpful so that I can't get my hopes up.

At first glance, the store looked closed, but the door was open. The brakes just needed to be adjusted, and the prices were really steep, like at a top-of-the-line auto repair shop!!! The next day, when I picked it up, the manager didn't know anything, and it seemed to me like he didn't care. Sorry, but this was my first and last time there.

The costs for repairs and services are independent of the vehicle's purchase price, as they reflect the labor and materials used.<br><br>At your request, we would have replaced the brake pads. However, we determined that they are still in good condition. To save you unnecessary costs, we decided against it. Replacing them would have increased the price by €15 per pair.<br><br>We regret that you did not appreciate our efforts and work. I still get so much enjoyment (since August 2018) from the conversion you did for me; it's indescribable. Attached is a recent picture of the Elmoto. I recently followed your advice regarding the rim width (now 80mm) and it runs even smoother :-D. The mileage is around 14,000 km now.

Never again!!! One of my tires was flat. They supposedly replaced both tires and the brakes. They quoted me €300 for this. It's obvious the price was justified for the work. However, the only job I had was to change the tire!!! Not recommended in my opinion.

I had my broken e-bike motor replaced here and I'm happy with the repair. The owner even helped me with another problem free of charge. He's a nice guy, I can highly recommend him.

Incredible expertise and experience. I had my cruiser bike converted and I'm absolutely thrilled. The motor power and gear ratio are perfectly matched, everything is properly installed and wired. And the motor still has plenty of power, which you can feel while riding. This thing easily pulls me through forests and meadows up every hill. It's really fun! (My friend with his €5,000 full suspension bike can't keep up :-) And the whole thing was pretty affordable too!! It far exceeded my expectations! Thanks guys! Keep it up...!
