We submitted an inquiry on September 15th and received a cost estimate on September 16th, which we accepted immediately. The agreed appointment was supposed to be 1.5 weeks later – but no one showed up. After several calls, we were promised a new appointment, but this was also canceled without a cancellation. To this day, over a month later, we have not received any response – neither to messages nor calls. Very unprofessional and unreliable. We operate four fitness studios and unfortunately cannot recommend this company.

Unfortunately, this has been a very bad experience. Incorrect parts were delivered, and we haven't received a refund for them. Support is practically nonexistent. Agreements are simply not honored. After initially friendly contact, this has now become extremely unprofessional. To respond to your reply: This concerns damage and incorrect displays. You promised us that we could source the parts ourselves and that you would reimburse us. We are still waiting for over €1,100 from you. This is highly unprofessional and amounts to a deliberate scam. All of this is documented in writing.

However, we would like to point out that you knowingly purchased the devices at an auction without a warranty and without a general overhaul. This was at a significantly reduced price, which was also communicated and documented as such.

I bought a used treadmill from JC. Very friendly contact. Delivery, dismantling of the old treadmill, and assembly of the new one went perfectly. Everything was ready in about an hour, and I could start training right away. Really good value for money and professional service. If I need equipment again, I will definitely contact JC!

I inspected and purchased a fully refurbished Technogym treadmill and had it delivered to my home with excellent service. Buying used items is always a matter of trust, and this company is 100% transparent and trustworthy!

I ordered one treadmill, one cross trainer, and two exercise bikes from Technogym through JC Fitness. I received excellent advice and was able to view, inspect, and try out the assembled equipment in the workshop. My individual requests were immediately addressed and adjusted accordingly. The high-quality fitness equipment was delivered on time and set up for me by very helpful staff. I will only order equipment from JC Fitness in the future!

I can highly recommend them. I bought a Matrix cross trainer, it was delivered immediately, but after a few days the machine started making noises. I called and received excellent customer service, just like when I made the purchase. The problem was resolved completely hassle-free within two days of the call. Absolutely recommendable.

Great team, extremely helpful, honest, and super professional. I've rarely experienced such positive customer service online, and I've ordered a lot. From the beginning, through the many questions, to delivery, the service was always friendly and patient. Many large companies could learn a thing or two from this. I got a treadmill and an elliptical, and everything was set up and installed perfectly. The machines look great and work perfectly. I hope the machines last a long time, but with a one-year warranty, you can't go wrong 😂👍Thanks to the whole team.
