Amazing advice... fantastic showroom in Velbert. I'm looking forward to a great piece of equipment! My first purchase is the Walking Run Pro 🤗 ... I'm excited to get more equipment from Christopeit. I ordered the Hudson rowing machine and I'm thrilled. Delivery was quick and reliable with GO, the driver was great, and the tracking was excellent. I really like the machine itself, and assembly was a breeze thanks to the top-notch instructions and clear labeling. A question I had about my order via email was answered promptly and very courteously. Rowing is fun, and I'm looking forward to using it more. I deliberately chose a company based in Germany, and my experience has been entirely positive. Thank you, and keep up the good work! Update a few months later... I bought a rowing machine for €400. After just 30 minutes of normal rowing, the belt mechanism/pull cylinder broke, and consequently, the entire machine was ruined. Replacing it was strenuous, as the machine weighs 70 kg. It was also very time-consuming. Oh well. Now I've had the new machine for three months, and the belt/pull mechanism is already malfunctioning again. I wouldn't buy another machine from this company. If this continues, I'll have to replace the second one as well.

Hello dear Christopeit team. I received my WP-5000 rowing machine on December 30th and am very happy with it. Excellent build quality and a top-notch design! The workouts are a lot of fun, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Recently, I had a problem with the footrest; it shifted on its own during a workout. A quick email describing the problem, and the replacement part (a complete footrest set) arrived the next day. I installed it, and everything works perfectly again. In short: Excellent machine and first-class support with personalized answers and no awkward follow-up questions. You take your customers seriously and offer a prompt solution, no back and forth. Keep up the good work; I'm happy to recommend you :)

I recently ordered a walking pad that got stuck in the delivery system and never arrived. I informed Christopeit, who immediately sent a replacement, which arrived two days later. I'm very happy with the pad; its appearance and functionality are excellent. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

I had a problem with my cross trainer and contacted customer service. The response was quick, friendly, competent, and focused. What was particularly positive was that it wasn't a standardized reply, but rather a personalized response addressing my specific issue. The necessary replacement part was sent immediately, and the cross trainer is now working perfectly again. Overall, a very professional service – highly recommended.

I became aware of the WP 5000 rowing machine because of its test win and because it's made of wood. Ultimately, the deciding factor was the very quick, friendly, and honest answers to my questions via email. Thumbs way up! I've been using the machine for about four weeks now, and its ease of use matches my expectations when looking at a "wooden" machine. No unnecessary electronic bells and whistles, no Wi-Fi. Plug it in, set the resistance level – and off you go. I think that's great. The overall workmanship of the machine appears well-designed and clean. The only criticisms are the machine's environmental footprint (transportation and three bags full of polystyrene waste). And the included hand pump. It's practically useless. Filling is easier with a funnel, and emptying is done with a simple aquarium hose.

Regarding the packaging, we unfortunately cannot avoid using a portion of polystyrene. My rowing machine (WP 2000) was delivered on time this week. I'm absolutely thrilled with it. It's very sturdy and has a simple, ingenious control system. But the reason I'm writing this review is the fantastic service from Christopeit. You call and a real person answers the phone :). No waiting on hold, just a competent employee right away. The service team (Mr. Nebel in my case) provided excellent support when setting up the Kinomap app and the Bluetooth connection. Very quick response and very friendly. Thank you!

All the products on offer are on display. Everything can be tried out, and staff can answer questions and properly explain the devices. The design of the exhibition could be improved.

The WP5000 rowing machine itself is good! It looks good and is relatively quick to set up on your own. A horizontally applied calibration mark sticker for filling the water or a specific volume in liters would be quite helpful... It arrives very well packaged. It's quieter than other water rowing machines! That's really great. It makes exercising while watching TV so much easier...😅. It rows very smoothly. However, the instruction manual could be much better. For example, it's completely unacceptable to mention the "MERACH" fitness app and then leave the customer to figure it out on their own. Neither the app, nor the Christopeit website, nor the manual or the machine itself provide any information on how to connect the two. Very annoying!!! The QR codes in the manual don't lead to the advertised training videos, etc. The rowing machine is only mentioned once. I could watch videos and get tips for cross trainers. But that doesn't help with rowing. The small, round "on-board computer" is quite nice overall, and with a little practice, easy to use, but it's positioned awkwardly under the pull cord/handle. Both of these always obscure the display while rowing, making it difficult to see and monitor the readings. An off-center position would be a simple solution. I wonder if anyone from Christopeit will read this... The workout itself is good for shoulders, abs, back, glutes, and legs. However, you have to pay meticulous attention to core stability and correct posture, otherwise you'll get nasty back pain. So, definitely study some training videos from other manufacturers beforehand! Months later: Unfortunately, no one from the manufacturer actually reads the feedback here... ...another few months later: Christopeit simply forgets to read reviews. Welcome to the 21st century, dear company! Should I write you a letter?
