Service is a top priority here. We've been customers for over three years and have now bought our fifth bike. There's no trace of the usual bike shop mentality where you feel like an unworthy customer. The entire team, from the salesperson to the service technician, is friendly and helpful, always keeping the customer's needs in mind. Highly recommended!

My flat tire was replaced very quickly and on short notice today. All the service staff were very friendly and competently answered my questions regarding the insurance claim and a possible replacement of the e-bike display. Thank you again! I'll gladly come back.

I bought an e-bike four years ago and I'm very happy with it. I haven't had any repairs and I absolutely love riding it. The service is excellent. The inspections have been carried out very well, and we were able to get an appointment very quickly last time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I bought the bike here and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I'm very satisfied with the service at e-motion Velbert. My e-bike was repaired and inspected there – everything went smoothly. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that someone even helped me lift the bike onto the rack. You can tell that everyone there is very dedicated. I feel I'm in good hands there.

Below is my personal review: Overall, I'm satisfied and would buy there again. Saleswoman 5* Friendly, interested, knowledgeable, and had plenty of time. I was able to borrow the bike beforehand. Workshop 4* Technically, the service/repair time was fine. Appointments require a lot of advance notice (similar to a specialist doctor). The drop-off area is chaotic because there's far too little space. Handover 3* I wasn't satisfied. Instead of addressing my individual needs, adjusting the bike (handlebars, saddle), and explaining how to use it, the employee insisted on a lengthy explanation of how to operate the display.

I bought my e-bike in April and I'm completely satisfied. I had a flat tire in the summer, and emotion fixed it for me within half an hour. From the initial consultation to the purchase and subsequent support, everything was excellent. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Thanks, emotion!

I've now bought my second bike from e-motion Velbert, and once again everything was absolutely top-notch! From the initial conversation to the handover, the service was simply superb all around. Michael, the owner, is incredibly friendly, honest, and always strives to get the best possible deal for his customers. The team in the workshop is also fantastic—friendly, competent, and reliable.
