I should really give it six stars; we have two identical Rose X-Tra Watt e-bikes with Enviolo Automatic. After four years of use, various problems arose. For example, the cadence could no longer be adjusted on one bike, and the assistance on the other was intermittent. What really bothered me from the start, however, was the fact that the assistance cuts out at 25% battery level. According to the Rose workshop in Bocholt, this couldn't be changed. When I picked up the bikes from Mr. Göllnitz after the repairs and inspections, he told me he had installed an update and that I should run the battery down to see if it still cut out at 25%. I did this, and lo and behold, it no longer cuts out at 25%. All the other repairs were also carried out to our complete satisfaction. Therefore, I can only say that I am completely convinced of Mr. Göllnitz's expertise. We will now regularly take our bikes to Mr. Göllnitz for servicing. I can highly recommend his workshop.

I had the major service done on my Daruiz Quartz, and I'm very satisfied with Mr. Goellnitz's work. He was recommended to me by the Daruiz company because I couldn't drive all the way to MG. I'd recommend him again anytime! 👍👍

I went to the bike service for the first time on Tuesday. I had problems with the front brake. They helped me quickly, without an appointment. Good work, very attentive. Highly recommended.

At the beginning of November, we took our new trekking bikes in for their first service and, as usual, received them back from Mr. Göllnitz to our complete satisfaction. Thanks again, Mr. Göllnitz! In May, the next service was due, and as expected, everything was perfect. Mr. Göllnitz identified and fixed a problem with the front brake. Thank you, Mr. Göllnitz!

I had my Rose Mayor +1 bike replaced with a crankset and serviced at Langenberg Bike Service. I was very satisfied. You can tell that Mr. Göllnitz is passionate about his work. I'll definitely bring it back if it has any problems or needs servicing. Top-notch service! 👍🏼

I dropped off my Rose Xlite at Mr. Göllnitz's for a frame replacement, and despite numerous challenges and problems beyond his control, he rebuilt it to my complete satisfaction. I'm so glad I have my bike back and can finally get riding again! The entire process went perfectly!

Top service, great price – highly recommended! Firstly: The price was simply unbeatable! Top-notch service at a fair price – you really can't complain. Secondly: The service was lightning fast! I dropped off my bike on Friday, and it was ready for pickup on Saturday. Such fast and reliable service is rare. Now, my request was a bit more complicated, as the key for my e-bike battery had gone missing, and I couldn't start the bike without it. But Mr. Göllnitz replaced it completely easily and professionally – simply outstanding! Add to that his friendly and confident manner – you feel like you're in good hands as a customer. Today, about two weeks after the two folding e-bikes received their first service from Mr. Göllnitz, we took our first tour. We're thrilled! Everything's running smoothly: the gears, the brakes, everything works flawlessly. Many thanks to Mr. Göllnitz. We'll also have our larger e-bikes serviced here. Now it was the turn of the trekking bikes in November, and as usual, everything went perfectly.
